1. Types of Information Collected.
a. Personal Information Collected. There may be areas on our Site where you can share your name, company name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, and zip code (“Personal Information”). Our Site may also provide you with the option to sign-up and receive electronic communications from us, where we ask for certain Personal Information. If you communicate with us by e-mail we may require Personal Information that personally identifies you. State law requires collection and reporting of information when a donation is made to MN Forward. MN Forward is required to collect the name of the donor along with their address, occupation, employer, and amount of contribution. The Minnesota Campaign Finance & Public Disclosure Board requires MN Forward to report information if the total of an individual’s contributions exceeds $100.
b. Information from Children. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from children under 13 years of age. The use of this Site by children under 13 years of age is not conditioned on the disclosure of Personal Information. However, we ask that children not submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian. When we e-mail information to you, we will provide prominently displayed instructions that show you how to unsubscribe from receiving such information. If your child subscribes to receive information from us without your knowledge, simply follow the instructions on our e-mail and unsubscribe. Please include the child’s name and the parent’s e-mail address in the e-mail so that we can better assist you with your inquiry or request. Parents can also contact us to change or delete the Personal Information that has been submitted by a child by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
c. IP Addresses & Related Information. We log IP addresses, which are the locations of computers or networks on the Internet, and analyze them in order to improve the value of our site. We also collect aggregate numbers of page hits in order to track the popularity of certain pages and improve the value of our site. We do not gather, request, record, require, collect or track any Internet users’ Personal Information through these processes.

6. User Choice Regarding Collection, Use and Distribution of Personal Information.
You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use this Site.
